Hotel Reservation
The Hotel Grauer Bär is located in the immediate city center, just a two-minute walk away from the historic Old Town. The Universitätsstraße is part of a very quiet area and is well known for its numerous cafés and bars. From here you can reach important places of interest, shopping malls, parks and the convention center in just a few minutes.
Due to a special arrangement with the Hotel Grauer Baer, we can offer you special guest room price:
- Single room: 114 Euro/1 person/night
- Double: 176 Euro/2 persons/night
The room rate includes breakfast, taxes and lunch.
Please note that the conference registration fee does not include lunch as it is provided with your room reservation.
To ensure you receive the discounted room rates at Hotel Grauer Baer, please book your hotel room before the CUT OFF DATE (February 8th, 2008). After this date, there will be no guarantee that you will be able to get a room at the hotel. To receive this special rate, please reference "TridentCom" when making reservations.
Cancellations of rooms are free of charge until one week before arrival, afterwards the hotel will charge one overnight, in case of no show the hotel charges the full amount.
