Visa Information


The conference will provide official invitations to the authors/attendees (upon request) for requiring visa to travel to the China. If you need an invitation letter, please follow the steps below:


  1. You must be an author or co-author of an accepted paper for the conference (with paid registration) or an attendee (with paid registration) or an invited speaker.
  2. Please provide confirmation of your registration as well as the paper ID and your personal infromation, the information should include:
    • Full Name
    • Affiliation (university) and position
    • Place of work, address, phone, fax, and e-mail
    • Period of stay in China
    • Route (including any cities you'd like to visit in China)
    • Passport number and place of issue
    • Expiration date of the passport
    • Place and date of birth
    • Gender (male or female)
    • Copy of the first page of the passport with photo
